Resolutions

Okay, so it's February 8th.

But I just found this article and thought it was pretty good.

Numbers 1-4, 7 and 8 are my biggies.

Especially #2.

Repeat after me, self: You are not a 50 yard sprinter anymore.

You will be an IRONMAN.

How 'bout you?

I think I'll settle for Ironham.

I like reading these now, when I can make use of them. I notice all these little habits that I've changed-like I eat a handful of almonds everyday- and slowing down on things like swimming just to work on technique-this article was great.

Argh! But those 50s and 100s fast are SOOOOO much more fun than the 300+ yard sets. Don't you think??! :)

Thanks for visiting my blog site. Your link to the 10 tips article was helpful. Can you tell me how to add the table of 2006 races? Thanks. I'll see you at the chili bowl and Cleveland 1/2 marathon. Your doing the 1/2 at 4:45 pace? Is that 4 minutes:45 or 4 hours? Lou

3 & 7 are my biggies. 10 took care of itself last year probably because my expectation were low. This year should be interesting.

I like the last sentence in #9.

I always tell myself to be a corrolla and not be a sport car. Nice and economical. That's the name of the game.

Love the G&R. Brought back a lot of memories this morning.

Cheers.

Number 5, for sure. It is really hard, esp. for a carb addict, like me. And number 6, too. Gotta get a wetsuit, and gotta give ole Lake Erie some love.
