Sweet.

Well, I had quite an emotionally draining day...what a difference 12 hours makes....it's all good though. Sort of.

BUT--the best part about today?

4,600 yards.

1:23:49.

That would be an average pace 1:49/100 yards.

That would make the TriSaraTops very happy.

Longest swim ever. Mostly at an easy pace with some pickups in the middle and ending on a race pace 1000.

SO. EXCITED.

Tomorrow's a 7 hour ride....and if you'll excuse me, I must go fill my bottles.

Awesome! You're really nailing these landmark big training milestones. Best of luck on today's seven hour ride. I've done a few of those and it's all about doing something to keep it fresh. Hope you have some tunes or some cool folks for company.

7 hours?? Holy twigs and berries, Batman (present company excepted, of course).

Have a great weekend of training. This is where you wanted to be a year ago when you signed up for this. Enjoy it

Have a great ride. You're making me feel so much a slacker. Great job on the swim with a great time. Your going to smoke the course.

Be careful and stay safe out there.

That's really smokin' woman! I can't wait to read about you flying through that water race day!

I hope you can walk after 7 hours of sitting on that saddle. You're a tough cookie.
