Good for you. That is the important thing to do. Just keep at it.
That's right - put it behind you. Everyone has a bad training day now and then, especially if other things are going on. Next time will be better.
That's the attitude. And the best part is when you do it better next week, you'll have more confidence than if you'd never done the awful ride at all.
