Can I call that a hill workout?

You know what's crazy hard?

Pushing a 28.5 pounder in a not-very-aerodynamic jogging stroller in the wind while attempting to do 3X6 minute repeats of your half marathon pace dropping down to 10K pace.

SUPER.
HARD.

A lot harder than I remember back last March, when my little Bug was just about 15 pounds...

How is he already so big?! Man, this is going fast...

Not only big but also a good looking little boy!

Ahhh, I remember when my son was that age. Just a few years ago it seems and now he is 13, 6 feet tall and has "fuzz" on his upper lip.

I'm sorry to say this but it doesn't take long.

It just keeps getting faster, so enjoy it!! I bet pushing those strollers make you stronger. I got passed by one in a 10k one time, and I'll never forget it.
