Can't wait to hear how all you Boston racers did! Hope everyone else has a great week. Expect LOTS of pics from the Ballpark, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon--as I head all the way down to the river...and then climb back up! :)

Sounds like a cool adventure. Do post pics when you are back!
Congrats to your mom on the PR and great job on the run/bike "brick". ;) Funny how our Lord often takes what we think is a mess (not that your 5k is anywhere near a mess - you pushed hard and got a respectable result) and turns it into a beautiful thing. Praise God!
I am very encouraged to read about your 5k and the ride after. I am sure it has made you so much stronger!

Have an excellent trip! I know exactly what trip you are doing and it is beautiful. I've done it twice. Maybe next year we'll get back there. It's a family time with us.
