Lace those puppies back up

I ran 15 minutes, in 4, 5, and 6 minute intervals (with walking in between), at a comfortable pace in the mid-8s with NO PAIN.

NO.

PAIN.

*backflips*

I'm not ready to give up on that September race yet.  No way.
