I'm behind on blogs and emails, most likely permanently. Or until June. Hope you understand.
This is very, very hard. I'm trying to keep all emotions in check, but it's rough. However, every day gets a little bit better.
For now, I only have time for a few numbers:
50 pounds lost
10 miles ran Saturday at a negative split (last 3 miles under 9)
2 miles at a 7:53 pace last night during my tempo run
And with that, I've gotta go.

gets better- but maybe not easier...I think you just get used to it (making every second count).
WOW! Sweet numbers!!!
You're going to pick it up on the fly sis just like we all do. Don't worry, and know we're all here for ya!
those numbers all sound pretty great to me!
hang in there!!! :)
Wow! Can you lend me some Mojo??!!!
Hang in there, Sara! It's all going to get more streamlined... You just have to catch your stride. Stay strong. We are already through q.2, and soon it will be summer and you can come up for a breath. Remember that your lessons don't need to be perfect and you CAN speed correct. Don't feel guilty!
Good numbers!
Great job, you're obviously making the best of a tough transition. Keep it up, take care.
Wow!! You rock!
Take a deep breath every now and rest assured that it does get easier. I promise. With both my kids I nearly stroked out during first 10 months or so. It's tough, but as they grow they become more independent and can actually tell you what's wrong. Plus, they start getting a whole lot more fun, too! Don't think twice about the blogs - most of us know what you are going through and we'll be here when you have time!
~Hugs!~
Take a break from blogging - there are more immediate concerns to think about!
Hope you feel better.
Great numbers! One more to add - 1:50. We will be triumphant!
Hang in there, Sarah. See ya sooner, we hope.
Stay tuned...

hang in there, sara
50? 50?! You are truly amazing. Hang in there!
A lot of us been there and done that. Being a working mom and wife along with training is difficult. Your friends understand this.
