I didn't know who sang it and wanted to find out because I love it!

I noticed you said you didn't know how to post an MP3 so I wanted to let you know that you can upload the song to www.sendspace.com and then just give the link to your readers and they can download it from there. :)

Hope that helps! Thanks for posting the lyrics. I'm glad I know who sings this now. Awesome.

Can't imagine training through the hometown's winters (or springs or falls, for that matter), so I'm pretty impressed. Anyways, good luck training. I'm running my first IM, in CdA, in three weeks, and will be wishing that the announcer says "From Cleveland Ohio" instead of "Boulder, Colorado" when I finish, but I feel like since I don't put up with Ohio winters any more, I don't deserve it. Keep it up!Hermanohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05982870922739270879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19402707.post-1149422871247043142006-06-04T07:07:00.000-05:002006-06-04T07:07:00.000-05:00Good call on the Fig Newtons. Though I'm only in training for a shorter tri, I've done the endurance MTB thingy and the Newtons are our friends.

Were you trying to use the Perpetuem as your sole nutrition or as means to get a few extra calories in on the bike. I'm a huge fan of Cytomax for the latter. Tastes good...doesn't make me feel sick to my tummy and it makes you drink more as it's slightly salty!

P.S. Have another enduro friend who swears by OCPs (Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies)...he regularly podiums at 12 and 24 hour events. They're a little too sweet for me...but give 'em a whirl. They're like $1.19 a box!Malliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13186936683465162035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19402707.post-1149421497829813752006-06-04T06:44:00.000-05:002006-06-04T06:44:00.000-05:00Way to go! However, I did buy some fig Newtons out of the vending machine at work on Thursday and noticed that they are the official snack of Ironman. There must be something to that. Maybe I'll pick some up before my ride today :)

Great to meet you! I'd love to get together for some training some time. I'm hoping to ride that route again later in July.Papa Louiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02063282125373869332noreply@blogger.com
